In Favela3Designseach print is produced with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:
1. Products

2. Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed and shipped, except in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product received is incorrect.
In these cases, the client must contact us within the 48 hours after receiving the orderattaching photographs of the product and packaging.
3. Refunds
If an error or damage attributable to the shipment is confirmed, the following will be offered:
- A product replacement, either
- A refundas agreed with the client
Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method.
