Due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos los productos disponibles en la tienda son <strong>artistic prints<\/strong>Some can be done <strong>on request<\/strong> or in limited editions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed and shipped, except in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product arrives damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product received is incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these cases, the client must contact us within the <strong>48 hours after receiving the order<\/strong>attaching photographs of the product and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an error or damage attributable to the shipment is confirmed, the following will be offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>product replacement<\/strong>, either<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>refund<\/strong>as agreed with the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
